	Consolidation and Diversification the Services of Citizens� Advice Bureau in Calarasi The objective of this project was to consolidate, extend and diversify the information and counseling services offered to citizens of Calarasi but also seven villages and small cities around it. The results we obtained included: - Counseling for around 1.000 citizens, in problems concerning the 9 above mentioned fields, offered by INDACO, focusing on top-priority domains for the target group�s needs: social securities, social care and health, civil rights and duties, public services. - An increasing number of counseled citizens, from approximately 400 that received information and counseling last year, to 1.000 during the 9 month of this project. - The information process of the citizens has been also provided in other locations in Calarasi as well. - The community has a modern Citizens� Advice Bureau, with up-to-date documents and information concerning high interest fields for the citizens, and also trained staff, ready to personally go to neighborhood villages or cities in Calarasi. - A visible improvement of relationships between citizens and civil servants - 6.000 promotional brochures containing information about the Citizen�s Counseling Bureaus - Distribution of more than 6.000 information brochures - Distribution of 1.500 Informative Reports Financed by: UE, U.E. civil society development 2000, Calarasi town hall, Agora association Sum: 29 924 � Duration: nov. 2003 � aug. 2004 Location: Calarasi, Ciocanesti, Dragalina, Dor Marunt, Jegalia, Mânastirea, Sarulesti si Stefan cel Mare
